Great company to work with. We ordered t-shirts for our department and tote bags for our conference with M & M Designs and everyone loved them. They worked with us to get all the design and layout as we requested and had many options to choose from. The quality of the items were great and communication was wonderful. I have dealt with Minh for a few years now and without fail - she delivers! She provides ideas, suggestions and if there is ever a problem she finds a resolution. On one order at an international convention there was an issue at Customs that had nothing to do with the shipping company or M & M but Minh worked over a weekend to figure out what happened and provided a replacement order at no extra charge. This company provides A+ customer service and she never over promises - but always over delivers.
